Package C only — target recovery rate 90%
Recovery rate = creators with confirmed content ÷ creators shipped to. Submitted-but-rejected links do not count. When the brand supplies products FOC, Hypercape continues managing outreach and additional outbound rounds until the agreed recovery threshold is met within the operating model.
